Look after your health.
Hi dear friends, I thought you might be wondering where l have been for the past 8 days.
As l haven't been whinging or moaning, but l was taken ill and rushed to hospital, and no it was not a heart attack, but it felt like it.
I was told it was gastric ulcer, and my god was it sore, l had an anagram and there was no need to fit any stench's, l was told it could have been caused by high blood pressure and cholesterol.
The doctor who did the stenth even told me that l was fit and could go back to work straight away. But my hospital said l need to rest at least a week before work.
Your body is the most important thing to keep your health, look after it, l am certainly going to change my way of life, anyone else thinking of changing there life due to the health.

Re: Look after your health.
Sorry to hear you have been in hospital Arthur. Take things easy for a short while then, as the Doctor said, get on with life. You have had a warning, stress can be a killer so try to enjoy life rather than going looking for the downsides in every situation.
