Interesting - There must also be an issue in the area as well though? As it's down again and long enough for it to be registered on the website. Unless I'm not understanding correctly.

Yes, there is an intermittent issue on your cabinet. All the modems go offline when it happens.

Your downstream power is out of spec but in reality it proabably isn't causing a problem.
