cant login
I cant login to my virginmedia, is it down or is it just me.
Apologies if wrong sub-forum but i thought it's most likely to be seen here.

Just because den can log in doesn't mean it's only you. It might be regional, or you might go to different servers, for example.
FWIW, I just logged in, but it took an unusually long time. Suggests to me that all is not well.

Well i did get a text a couple of days ago saying my account had been sending spam and i was locked out.
I went to my account straight away and i could login ok, everything seemed to work ok.
I went to the virginmedia.com/lock address as instructed to change my password, clicked the link, answered my secret question and put in my DOB and got an 'oops something went wrong' page.
Guess i'll have to give them a ring.
EDIT
All sorted now, must have been a problem on the change password bit.
Incidentally i run an AV and i also did a full malwarebytes scan, nothing was found so i'm a bit mystified.
