Comments on Power Levels

Hi all,

I've been a long time on 4 x 16QAM US and last week the Hub 3 (Modem Mode) was rebooted by VM and I've only now noticed I'm on 4 x 64QAM.
However I've noted the DS power has gone up to around 2 to 5 and the US has dropped to around 38 to 40.
Should I be concerned as before DS was lower and US was higher. I don't really want to speak to VM, as you can understand, if I don't have to
Also would any type of attenuator drop the DS and increase the US ?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Comments on Power Levels

those sort of fluctuations are normal and I can guarantee they were nothing to do with the line upgrades and were more than likely weather related.
