Ended up with a Samsung model, not installed yet i guess it won't take long.

What do i need to do to connect to the TV anywhere app?

hmz.... So am i correct in thinking this Tivo doesn't have wireless to connect? if not that is kind of dated!

The current TiVo is around 7 years old in it's hardware design.

Plus although wireless is convenient, wired connections are more reliable and useful when dealing with kit that doesn't move.

To connect the TiVo to the app you'll need to use an Ethernet or Powerline kit back to your router.

You don't need to connect TiVo to your home network for almost all TV Anywhere app function. TiVo has its own internet connection.
