Password Manager for Android
Can anyone recommend a descent Password Manager, preferably one with descent icons for the item they represent.
Say Amazon logo for the Amazon password info etc.

Re: Password Manager for Android
I was going to say Last Pass but I think that costs money on Android.
I would be interested with one too but it has to use the Google Chrome browser and not it's own and be free.

Actually Last Pass maybe free on phones now but you need to start from scratch and there is no syncing devices, I will check it out sometime.

Just tried it, it works but it uses its own browser like the others, but it does have a copy paste option.
I couldn't use my account from the pc it had to be new.

Re: Password Manager for Android
According to a Google Play review its about $12 a year, (about £8?)
https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...pandroid&hl=en
It also says 60p to £10 per item.

Another top manager is Roboform, not sure if you pay for sync though.

Re: Password Manager for Android
Lastpass is great, get the Premium as it really isn't that costly. You can use in Linux and Windows with your browsers, can store notes securely and it pushes your passwords into it's servers (encrypted - degree of trust here).
On Android it can fill in login inside apps too. I have mine linked to fingerprint, so I can lock apps to my print.
Subscription also includes XMarks sync for bookmarks but this is less useful now.
In Windows you can set the LastPass session to be shared between browsers so if you need to switch from FireFox to IE, then the password data is all ready and unlocked for you.

Totally agree with this. I have been using LastPass for a number of years now on PC, Mac, iOS and Android without issues.

Re: Password Manager for Android
+1 for LastPass.
They never decrypt your passwords, it's done locally, and they use a strong hashing algorithm to protect your master password.
That said, make sure the password you choose is really, really good.
