200mb upgrade issue

Question 200mb upgrade issue

Hi,

I was using super hub 2 in medem mode speed 152mb. I never use there wireless as in my experience its NO good.

For my home camera I use port forward function on my Dlink Router. every thing was working perfect.

Last night I have upgrade my speed up to 200mb same super hub 2 and today I notice my camera do not open out side network.
Super Hub is still in Modem mode after upgrade. I check on port checker and surprise that all port are closed!!!!

can some one please help me.I want to use super Hub as Modem only as my D link is working very good.

If the shub is in modem mode, the issue is your D-link. Try a logical reboot.

I believe that the software version quoted – V2.39.02 – indicates that you have a Superhub 1.
If that is the case, it is my understanding that VM are not issuing 200Mb/s config files for SH1s, instead insisting on supplying a SH2 (or SH2ac). Have you done a speed test since your upgrade?

19.168.100.1 > RouterStatus > Operation Configuration > Max Traffic Rates

Vivid 200 should display 220000000bps if the OP has it?

VM may still have 200 configuration files for the SH1 (from previous pilots) but VM Forum Team had already stated that the "upgrade process" should require a SH2/AC replacement for any SH1 upgrading to Vivid 200.

Mind you they've been wrong before.....
