Quick start set up

Hi. I was hoping someone could help me. I moved into a new house with virgin installed. Got my quick start pack but I hqve two cables running out of the wall and neither one of them works, either plugged straight into the back of the tivo box or into the splitter. My hub box also seems to be stuck on the flashing arrows. Been without a TV since the move. Please help!!

Re: Quick start set up

Looks as if there must either be a break in the cable somewhere, or the drop has been disconnected in the local cabinet. Either way you need to ring faults & get an engineer out.
