V+ : Simple list of channels in packages?

I'm trying to find out what I would lose by downgrading from TV "XL" to "L". Is there a simple text list of all the channels that are included in the various packages?

The VM website says "L" has 170+ channels and "XL" has 230+, but I can't find a simple comparison anywhere - what are the 50-ish differences? There's a set of categories for each package, full of station logos, but life's too short to sort through them all.

Take a look at this VM channel guide with associated colour coded packages they are on

Looks mainly like you will loose HD channels & BT sports!
