I've definitely been having utilisation issues myself. Speed has been hovering around the 10Mbps mark for the past couple of weeks now where I live. I can get the full speed if I test around 3AM though haha.

Same... Engineer was called out for me and he said a rewire will help.. WTF? db and everything is perfect! I did do a messy job but it wasn't a bodge!

Yeah I really doubt the issue is with the cabling - check the SNR on the SuperHub page as well - low SNR can be related to it but it can also be due to a fault with the cabinet.

With that said, utilisation problems seem to be common lately unfortunately.

yeah, they have been so good over the last year or so and it appears they have dropped the ball again. I am wondering if they have left it to focus on the upstream and they think they'll fix it all when they revisit it for the upcoming downstream upgrades
