Is it worth tweeting at them?, I know most companies hate it when people moan on twitter because it gets seen by so many people ;-)
They can try to help, but it's a dedicated team that does the social media (Who aren't necessarily trained to deal with technical matters), so they'll at best just pass it on to someone else.
