signal dropping

this has been going on for ages, tv gets pix elated , know its an outside problem,
but vm say no faults in my area ox4 [Mod Edit - last characters of postcode removed, to prevent display of personal information], last time it happened, got put through to India, and he sent out an engineer, who connected booster thing to the wire that comes into house from road, said it was the signal and would sort it from box outside on main rd,
was working fine, but the past few weeks its been intermittently doing it all over again, but vm say there are no reported faults ........now i know its going the same way as when the engineer told me it pixels because of low signal, what to do, just feel like i am banging my head off a brick wall......

Re: signal dropping

There was a long-term network fault in your area which was fixed on Tuesday. If you have seen pixellation since then, I suggest you call again. It might be that the signal booster is now not needed.
