Hi. I'm just about to take out a new 12 month contract. The only thing that is worrying me is that if I was to loose my job in that period, would I be able to decrease my package until I found a new job. I'm on the very top package at the moment so could be difficult to keep the payments up if I did loose my job. I wouldn't leave VM would probably just want to down size for a bit if the need arises. If I can't I'd rather not sign a new contract just incase.
Hi thanks for the reply. Yes I just come off the phone to someone on VM who said the same thing. That's good to know. I don't mind having to restart a new contract again if I had to decrease my service as I would never leave VM anyway. I've been with them since they started and had nothing but a fantastic service all round.
