is this the begin of congestion in Lincoln?
Hi,
I noticed yesterday (Thursday 26th Feb) late afternoon 4.30pm ish, that browsing website was slow, but I couldn't work out why till this morning when I saw my Think broadband graph.
I was wondering is this the begin of congestion, as the bump is between 4pm and 11pm

No. VM let something in their core network saturate, it's not localised congestion.
May happen again today, depending if they've fixed / worked around the core network issue or not.
