billing date

Hello to all, i have a real big issue with virgin media regarding my billing date, what is the best way to deal with this besides the standard customer service number provided, as they are pretty much useless at helping (or simply will not), if more detail regarding my problem is needed i can supply information, long story it is though.
The twitter account is pretty much useless also, say they are looking into it but never help
