Shub2 issues

My daughter has Shub2 @ 50mb, recent install and everything was working fine. Initially everything was connecting on wireless only, laptop, couple of iPhone's and iPad's. Added a PC that was wired and everything again was working fine. After a week the shub only showed the bottom 3 lights on and nothing would connect, wired or wireless.
Many resets and numerous calls to the offshore support (support being a very lax word) nothing has been resolved. As usual they try to blame the clients hardware, first saying it was a PC issue and to change the Ethernet cable, but why would it only be a PC issue and a dodgy cable when none of the wireless devices connect either.
I don't have the new shub so I can't talk her through anything and she lives on the otherwise of the country. So my question is what is the issue if only lights on the shub are the bottom 3 and also does anyone have a number that they can call that will get them through to an English speaking UK based customer support adviser.

it is hit and miss whether you get through to England or not. She can either ring up, speak to retentions and moan her ass off and they'll send her a new shub or your best bet is to post it on the VM support forums and they'll pm her back. If she tells them about the lights and that it is affecting all devices I am sure they'll pop a new shub in the post to her straight away.
