Shub2 issues
My daughter has Shub2 @ 50mb, recent install and everything was working fine. Initially everything was connecting on wireless only, laptop, couple of iPhone's and iPad's. Added a PC that was wired and everything again was working fine. After a week the shub only showed the bottom 3 lights on and nothing would connect, wired or wireless.
Many resets and numerous calls to the offshore support (support being a very lax word) nothing has been resolved. As usual they try to blame the clients hardware, first saying it was a PC issue and to change the Ethernet cable, but why would it only be a PC issue and a dodgy cable when none of the wireless devices connect either.
I don't have the new shub so I can't talk her through anything and she lives on the otherwise of the country. So my question is what is the issue if only lights on the shub are the bottom 3 and also does anyone have a number that they can call that will get them through to an English speaking UK based customer support adviser.
