Re: Problem with My VirginMedia?
Not only is it missing in My VM but it also doesn't appear on the status page. On the other hand I am watching the TV. Perhaps we are not being charged for it.

Re: Problem with My VirginMedia?
It's been a known issue since the end of last week. Loads of traffic on the VM community forum relating to this. VM attempted a fix this morning, but its still ongoing.

Ah, not just me then. Weird and a bit worrying, but hopefully can be sorted.

Doesn't seem to affect everybody though:
Probably specific to a certain mixture of services.

Re: Problem with My VirginMedia?
If it says no TV, does that mean we won't get billed for the TV? .......

Re: Problem with My VirginMedia?
What annoyes me about 'My Virgin Media' is that for the past year it has been asking me to change my password but I don't need to.
I have to keep finding links at the top of the page to navigate the site becuse I can't get rid of the change the password page.

Re: Problem with My VirginMedia?
Just change your password to your current password(stupid site doesn't realise)
then no more password change requests, sorted.
