Generally you get the ebill notification email no more than 48 hours after the bill date. So it would still outside the 30 days.

Looks like your services are same as Big Daddy (http://store.virginmedia.com/big-bundles/big-daddy.html) which is £115.99 per month. If they are, give them a call and switch to that and save yourself a few quid.
