I've recently been having problems with my connection dropping out but only on my laptop connection is fine on the kids tablets and our iphones so pretty much rules out the router (although it is a SH1)
anyway trying to sort out the connection and I've been playing with the settings on the laptop with very little success so thought I would go into the routers settings and try to change the channel but when going to 192.168.100.1 I can't get in it just says timed out router has taken too long to respond I've also tried 192.168.0.1 with an external router connected but I still get the same
what am I doing wrong? I'm Running windows 8 on laptop

We had issue with SH1 with wifi reach around the house, finally got a CS agent to issue a new self install SH2, solved the problem. Only had to paid £100 towards delivery cost as well
