Slow web browsing.
I have noticed a slowing down of some web browsing recently. Anecdotally, I'm not aware of any pattern. Is it a VM thing or Firefox or https? It is s bit disconcerting when you are used to virtually instant page fetching.

I will try to log my experience to see if there is a pattern. Meanwhile has anyone else experienced websites fetching more slowly than usual?

not recently. I can remember everyone moaning about it for a couple of days in February and it turned out to be a fault with VM's dns servers. I use a mix of google and opendns.
