You make a good point about NetFlix. On my 152/12 line even during the day when I can get 150+Mbps via speedtest.net, NetFlix still takes ages to labour up to 1080 Super HD if it gets there at all. In the evenings, it may only reach 720 ..

A friend has a BT 77/18 line and he demoed NetFlix on his PS3 and he synced at 1080 Super HD in a few couple of seconds

I visited a friend and when he clicked on the seek bar of a YouTube video there was a pause of less than half a second before the video resumed at the new point. I was shocked, I knew mine was bad but here seeking takes maybe 10-15 seconds in the evenings.
