I did have talk talk for a period of time when moving into a non cabled area, first time I'd tried the new Fibre since the infinity rollout. I did have an outage of around a month. Details are hazy because we're talking 4-5 years ago, iirc it was an issue for openreach to take care of. TT comped the bill for that month and put me in credit for the following month. Besides that outage which affected anyone in the street receiving fibre from either of the providers I never had a reason to complain. I'm all for download however so as soon as Virgin became available I switched.

Is just one of those things in which you see more negative because people that are content rarely express it anywhere. Unless it's one of the low tier broadband unlimited packages i.e old Sky connect, that is pretty much diabolical for throttling.
