If you keep Virgin internet and phone you can get TV M for free which is basically Freeview, yes.

I thought that it was normal not to get outright 100mb.
Plus to be honest I think a lot of it is down to the computer. Most of those speed test things use flash to run them which doesn't run well on my laptop.
