You claimed VM 'couldn't possibly' do something that is a very fundamental and basic component of how mobile networks work.

Ironically it seems that you blaming and patronising CPW for something that VM needs to fix is more important to you than actually getting to the bottom of the situation.

Seeing as the only 'fact' you've presented so far is the fact that you've completely misunderstood the situation and haven't the faintest clue how the process works, what other 'facts' am I supposed to check?
