Re: Consumer 4G launching October 2016

"It is understood that Virgin Media is also planning to overhaul its service plans to include so-called zero rating of video streaming, in an attempt to emphasise the benefits of subscribing to a bundle of services.
Video that is zero-rated will not count towards users’ data allowances, encouraging customers to watch more programmes on the move."
The paper also says the 4G service will launch towards the end of October.
