elibelly, it sounds like you have an NTL 250 (the model numbers NTL/Virgin use don't necessarily match with the model numbers the manufacturers use). Have a look at http://www.chetnet.co.uk/articles/in...x_v2&id=91&c=4 and see if it is there.

If it is a 250, it should cope with both 10 and 20 meg.
