We had this we replaced batterys and appeared to clear it up, but later the fault reappeared.
phoned NTL who sent a replacement, a letter ask to return the faulty one or we would be charged £15, it also said that if NO FAULT FOUND, GENRAL WEAR AND TEAR we would be charged £15, so no being remote experts and were likely to be charged anyhow we decided no to bother. (Not yet been charged 2 months later)

STAY AT HOME: I found out that mum will never walk again as the coronavirus attacked her nervous system. She died on September 30th, wearing a mask and she still might be alive today.
