With this bug yes. If you go in chances are more people in the team will be infected and it will carry on and on and on.
As Drs keep advising if you get this everyone stay home till you are better and it will stop the ongoing transferrence of the bug.
If you work in anything customer facing think how many people you get the chance to spread it to daily.
