Hello, I'm new here.

I've been using the d5100 for a few years, with no problems. However a few days ago the caller display function stopped working.
An engineer has sorted a fault out in the street, and gets a display on his phone on my line - but mine is still not displaying caller information! Any ideas why?
He suggested I use the default settings to reset my phone, but there is no info on that in my manual.
