I've had problems for months with downloads going slower and slower until they stop, and not just at the "peak" times (whatever they are). I spent ages on the "help" line on several occasions - every time they assured me that my modem (a Terayon) was fine until finally, last week, I persuaded them to replace it, since when everything has been great.
