Live English cricket is set to appear on British terrestrial television for the first time in more than a decade, as part of plans for a domestic tournament that would emulate the hugely successful Indian Premier League.
The ECB believes the T20 matches can reach wider audiences and help to arrest the decline in participation in cricket among young people.
