sorry the photos aren't great, but this has been bothering my neighbour, and therefore me for ages. he see this man at a lot of matches in the dugout (not just one team), so thinks maybe he's something to do with referees? looks like he's talking into a Dictaphone sometimes, so if someone knows who he is or what he does that would be great
