There isn't anything VM can do from a "feature" point. I take it you have caller display as well?
You could just ignore any calls that say "unavailable" or "international"
If you have an answerphone, then just let them go to that and then delete, but if you are answering the calls then you may want to look at other options.
VM can change your number FOC for the first time or you could invest in a smart answerphone, such as Truecall?
