60M, Should I be concerned?

Hi, I recieved a superhub yesterday, set it up and after everything was updated on it I was able to get online without too much trouble.

When I first got set up I ran a few speed tests and I was rather surprised as the best result I could get was about 45Mb when I was expecting closer to 60Mb. the average speed test result was around 30Mb. I have also today downloaded a file via newsgroups which seemed to max out my connection. When connecting wirelessly via my wifes netbook speedtests come out at 5-7Mb but downloading the same file via newsgroups gave a speed of 25-30Mb (although I was sat within 2 metres of the hub at the time). Should I be worried about the speedtest results as i've seen other people on here with 60Mb getting speedtest results close to the correct speed.

Here are my power levels etc, do they look ok?
