You know why don't you, this all stems from sky wanting to keep the 'full' set of hd channels to themselves. So that they continually have the upper hand in regards to 'quantity' of channels. Sky will ALWAYS have ammunition in regards to content variety.
Although you would have thought that this agreement would have covered this one channel, mind boggles what goes on in vm!
