However my ps3 is connected via composite cable, and lets say the picture looks better on my 10 year old tv which was huge. for instance when on internet browser, say i quickly move down a page full of words, everything gets blurry until the page becomes still.

also say on fifa 09, you know that tag at the bottom which gives news, thats blurry too, along with the game, it looks like the players are vibrating lol...if I use hdmi cable will all this fuzziness go?

sorry for long post, but wanted to know is it my tv, or is it the fact that Im using composite cables? cant be the tv, because every other channel has no fuzziness.... aargh technology

Composite is limited to SD resolutions, & is the worst possible way to connect the PS3 to an HDTV.

[It's even the worst possible way to connect to an SD TV...]

Ditch the composite cable & get an HDMI cable.

No need to spend loads on one either. None of mine cost more than a tenner.

If you can wait, Play.com currently has the official Sony PS3 HDMI cable for £6.99 (less than half price) -
