Wonder how the working tax credit bill, that thing you can claim if self-employed even if you make nothing, is going?

First it was shoving the unemployed onto disability, now it seems it's getting them self-'employed' that's the masterplan. Not only does it get them off the dole claimant list, it gets them onto the list of the economically active - genius!
