The Daily Telegraph has an interesting report. How solid its information is at this stage, we don't know but:

• It says says no packages were won on Friday!
• BT is unlikely to be satisfied unless it increases its current games by at least 18.
• BT and Sky were probably not the only bidders.
• The Sunday 4pm slot is the key one.
• Citing unnamed analysts, it says Sky losing the 4pm Sunday package could cost it a fifth of its profits and a third of its sports subscribers.

There are whispers on the web that it could be announced as early as 5pm tomorrow. (Tuesday).

Confirmation that the news will be annoounced Tuesday now in from the BBC.
