Basically we have a lightning deal £20 weekend calls, medium TV and 50mb broadband (December 2016).
Speed Boost Page says that our speed boost has already been activated but hasn't.

Every time I log into My Virgin media I get a message telling me my "speed boost" to 50mb is complete - this has been showing since I
downgraded from 100mb last year.
