I have just this minute spoken to the Customer Services (06/8/2013 at 3.35pm) via an email to the CEO's office regarding BT Sport / ESPN on the EPG.

They are still in talks with BT Sports and have not got any idea about a deal yet, as for the ESPN still on the EPG, they cannot take it off yet.

I have asked them why they don't advise customers of the problem - they have said juswt watch the updates, l have said that it never updated, they have said they cannot update it as they don't know what is happening
