Not really sure the difference in interviews between different departments but I would imagine it will be a compentency based interview specific to the role to which you are applying. I would imagine you will get hit with questions like "tell me about a time when you delivered unbeatable customer service " or " how would you deal with an angry customer". Thanks, I will be ready for it, Ihave thought through some potential questions and answers and noted down examples. I reckon I am ready, here is hoping.
