Sorry you feel this way, I guess it is not easy to control , but thinking out loud to yourself, Why am I like this, look at the good things in your life that make you happy, what are the things that upset you and say " What can I do about it without making my blood boil. Try to stop count to ten even try to think of something funny and say to yourself. To hell with it I must not let it upset me, as your health comes first,
