Let's be honest here it needs sorting out their TV offering is far to confusing and has some glaring ommisions in comparison with its main competitors.
It used to be confusing when they could not offer Sky Sports by YouView but now they can it's a lot simpler. But it still lags even TalkTalk for channel range.
