Anyone know when I will receive 70 Mbps ? When I log into my Virgin account I get "Hold on tight. Your speed boost is on the way…

Your speed upgrade will be ready to take your connection from up to 20Mbps to up to 70Mbps. It's all thanks to DOCSIS® - the magic in our cables. Look out for it between January 2017 and January 2017". The Find out more button to the right of this takes me to a PDF which is mentioning about call charges!

Well Virgin had better get a move on to upgrade me since it is now Jan 24th 2017...

Will I be likely to receive a SuperHub 2 (or 1 or 3) ? Or will they just leave me with my ancient Ambit 256 (that isn't even wireless LOL) ?

My Area Code is 01, I am in St.Helens NW England.

You need to call Virgin, the Ambit modem has a maximum speed of 20mb, for anything faster you will need to have a superhub sent out.
