They are all on TSID 44, which generally carries pop-up SD channels, such as the seasonal BBC RB channels. Other than that, TSID 44 is the home to apps linked to the EPG, such as You Tube, Vevo, Netflix, Worldbox etc. That's why I used the term "services" rather than "channels".
There wasn't enough information in the scan to make a guess at what they could be. I'm pretty sure that forum members will be gazing into their crystal balls and should come up with some interesting theories.
