I've just asked for one of these. We've had issues in our new home ever since they switched off the Orange roaming agreement here last year.
The agent I got through to knew exactly what I was asking for - checked my signal - talked me through the issues I've had (no signal on the bottom two floors of our house) and then said that someone will call me back tomorrow with the details.
I'll let you know how I get on. I find the service great outside of my house, but here the signal is shocking!
