my virgin media log in

I have just changed my log in details to log into my virgin media , i recevied a message saying i have to go to my mail box and open a message virgin have sent me and click on confirm new log in details.
I have recieved a message that says all done i can now sign into the accont using my new details , but there is no confirm new details link.
When i try to log in i just get the same message to open confirm link but each time i look theres no link only the same message saying alls complete. So i have to still use old log in details. any one else had this problem.
