Slight issue as the OR engineer was supposedly only booked to connect Infinity to my non-existent phone line. Sounds like a proper OR engineer (there are 3 different kinds) - job well done by the sounds of things (despite the initial order cock-up). There is a recommendation to mount the modem on the wall vertically to aid heat dissipation; earlier batches had some overheating issues.
