I understand the restriction lift is what two VM CSAs did but number wasn't released

then was told that VMB will not release to VM as business to personal, two managers did speak to me re and said absolutely nothing could be done and only chance of saving the number was to reconnect with VMB , as I did but so want to lose that cost and get tivo etc!
