Now, i've been critical of some of the bizarre decisions that some broadcasters have taken in the light of the recent unfortunate incidents in the UK. For example, the BBC cancelled a historical programme about a historical bridge (not even London Bridge!) after the terrorist attack in London the other week.

On Monday morning though, I was aghast that GOLD thought it appropriate to show a comedy programme showing firemen going into what looked like burning flats with the residents complaining that they had burnt their lips because of the time it took them to get there!

Does anyone else this think that this was inappropriate?

I'm wondering (actually hoping) that this was an error and if they should be contacted about this to prevent it going out again. I can't believe that anyone would have consciously authorised this transmission so soon after the fire in London.

The recording that I've just watched was called 'The Armando Iannucci Shows' I've never heard of this programme before (my TiVo recorded it for me as a Suggestion).
